Tucked inside Azabu Miami Beach, The Den is a MICHELIN-recognized, intimate 18-seat omakase experience. Led by Chef Anthony Esquivel and Chef Yoshitaka Ito, each course showcases exceptional ingredients sourced from Japan and the precision of traditional Edomae-style sushi.
With just two seatings each evening, every detail is designed to create a deeply personal and memorable experience.
